To apply for a rental you will need the following:

  • Non-Refundable Application Fee. (Please Inquire)
  • Copies of Driver’s license and military ID (if applicable) or sheriff’s picture ID.
  • Copy of 2 weeks of most current pay stubs of each income source listed.
  • Copy of HUD Voucher or other financial aid information.
  • If self-employed, copy of most current Schedule C tax return and proof of current income.

All applications must be returned with the items listed above or application will not be considered complete and can not be processed.
